Our accounts are not just for businesses, although we do have them available. We also have personal accounts.
Whether you are simply a regular user, going to a number of different places, want to pay for someone else’s transport or require transport to and from the same place every day. We can offer you an account.
When you open a personal account, you will get a personal driver. When ever you place a booking, we will do our best to allocate the same driver to you. We will also allocate two back up drivers to you. If for any reason your driver isn’t available, we will allocate one of your back up drivers. This means that in almost all cases you will be driven by one of three drivers.
Types of Account
There are three types of account’s available. Personal, Family or Personal Class
Our Personal Account is our basic account and is free of charge. You simply register a debit or credit card with us, and then we simply make a charge to your card every time you make a booking. All bookings will then be charged at our Standard Rate. It’s like having your own personal Uber driver.
One Account. One bill. One simple payment. With a Family account, numerous people can benefit from Personal Travel. Every member of the family is given there own PIN number, and then when they make a booking, they provide the PIN number to have the booking charged to the Family Account. Then each billing cycle the named account holder will be sent an itemised invoice detailing who travelled where and when, and payment is due 5 days later.
Family accounts can choose weekly or monthly billing, with payment by card or direct debit
The Family Account is not just for families. It can also be used by house mates to share the cost of going out together, instead of remember whose turn it is to book the Uber.
A family account costs £9.99 to set up, and then £2.49 per registered user per month. All Family account bookings could save 15% on standard rates.
Personal Class Account
This is our all inclusive account. For a one off £14.99* set up fee to open an account, and then a £9.99* annual account fee, you can choose to pay either by Direct Debit, or by Card Payment, and you have a choice of when to pay.
Journey – Card Payment only
We will charge your registered debit or credit card for every journey individually, This is best for those that travel regularly, but not every week or month
Weekly – Card or Direct Debit
We will charge your registered debit or credit card every Monday for all journeys undertaken in the previous seven days. If you have chosen to pay by Direct Debit, this will be processed every Monday and payment will normally be taken from your bank the next day
Monthly – Card or Direct Debit
We will charge your registered debit or credit card on the first Monday of every Month, for the previous month. If you have chosen to pay by Direct Debit, this will be processed on the first Monday of the month, and payment will normally be taken from your bank the next day.

In addition to this, Personal Class Account holders also get preferential rates, that could save them 20% on standard rates. Meet & Greet as standard at Airport’s for no extra cost, extended free waiting time, and access to our priority booking line, all this for a one off £14.99* set up fee to open an account, and then a £9.99* annual account fee.

Accounts subject to status and credit checks, and usage limits. In most circumstances, all new accounts will be invoiced weekly initially, before being offered a monthly bill. A lower overall limit may apply to a monthly bill, than a weekly bill e.g. a £50/weekly limit, may only be £100/month limit
